ABATE of Michigan is a freedom of choice organization believing that the rider is best able to decide the type of motorcycle to ride and the type and extent of safety gear to wear. Our primary objective is to monitor Motorcycle related legislation and encourage all members to become politically involved through public forums, letter writing, phone calls, and visits to Lansing and your government officials. ABATE of Michigan, Inc. (American Bikers Aiming towards Education) fights for the rights of ALL motorcyclists to ensure that we and our children will be able to enjoy the freedoms we hold so dear. Let us all work together so other bikers are aware of this great organization throughout the state of Michigan and beyond. See the sections on Michigan House Bills and Michigan Senate Bills for relevant legislative issues. Not sure where your representative stands?
